Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Engineer with a strong focus on gas turbines. This role is critical in enhancing the performance, reliability, and efficiency of gas turbine systems through detailed engineering analysis, data analytics, and the implementation of condition-based monitoring (CBM) strategies. You will play a key role in driving predictive maintenance and supporting operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced engineering analyses to optimize gas turbine performance.Design, develop, and deploy condition-based monitoring tools using data mining, data fusion, and diagnostic methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, maintenance, and digital—to implement predictive maintenance and improve asset uptime.Utilize data analytics platforms to monitor and enhance equipment reliability and availability.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of digital performance solutions.Generate performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders for operational decision-making.

 

 

 

Work Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.Solid experience in engineering analysis, manufacturing, or aftermarket services related to gas turbines.Strong knowledge of condition-based monitoring systems and data analytics tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Power BI).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with digital transformation solutions, industrial IoT platforms, and predictive analytics tools.Experience with SCADA systems, vibration analysis, or thermodynamic modeling is a plus.
