Performance Enablement (PE) Deployment Lead (Open to Remote)

Job Purpose and Impact

The Performance Enablement (PE) Deployment Lead will plan and coordinate strategic efforts to advance the implementation and maturity of performance enablement processes across the Food North America Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC). This role will lead the Data Visualization & Reporting and PE Solutions teams, shaping strategies that deliver impactful insights and enable knowledge management across the region. In close collaboration with PE Leads from business segments, the PE Deployment Lead will champion value creation, manage a robust pipeline of cost reduction projects, and support the deployment and sustainment of PE practices across manufacturing operations. The role plays a critical part in embedding continuous improvement, enabling capability development, and driving measurable impact across the MSC.

Key AccountabilitiesPlan and drive strategic initiatives to deploy and mature performance enablement processes across the Food NA MSC.Lead, develop, and provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Data Visualization & Reporting and PE Solutions teams, ensuring alignment with MSC priorities.Collaborate with PE Leads from business segments to drive operational performance, accelerate value capture, and embed PE practices across manufacturing operations.Oversee a robust pipeline of value-creation projects, collaborating with business segments and functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution.Partner with Finance to align on pipeline data and enable clear reporting for prioritization and decision-making.Support the design and rollout of management systems and performance dashboards that reinforce continuous improvement and operational discipline.Coordinate with the Global Food MSC PE team, Capability Enablement team and PE Solutions team to align on capability-building strategies and deliver consistent training across Food NA MSC.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of eight years of progressive experience in operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and performance managementDemonstrated experience in leading teams, with strong people management skills and the ability to develop talent across technical and strategic functionsDeep knowledge of operational excellence principles, including Lean Six Sigma, with hands-on experience facilitating Kaizen events and applying CI methodologiesProven ability to manage project portfolios, align value drivers, and implement governance structures that support strategic executionExperience conducting management system assessments and identifying technical gaps and solutionsFamiliarity with deployment of performance enablement frameworks such as Hoshin Kanri and Operating/Management SystemsExperience coordinating programs and capability-building initiatives across multiple sites or business unitsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites across North America

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications and modeling toolsHigh level of competency in Power BI, Mural, and Microsoft office toolsThree years of supervisory experience

The expected salary for this position is $131,000-165,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
