Overview PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR - PATERNAL COVER ROLE OUTLINE This is an entry-level Performance Coordinator role with a fixed term contract until May 2026. The Performance Coordinator role is responsible for delivery across all paid media campaigns, with the support of your Account Manager and Executive - primarily across Google products (Google Ads, DV360 and Campaign Manager) & Meta. This role works closely with the Managers and Executives to actively implement and manage campaigns. This includes monitoring campaign performance, optimisations and reporting - making sure that data is accurate and the analysis/insights clearly drive continued performance. Our key focus is delivering best in class solutions for our clients. The Performance Coordinator will become highly proficient with Meta, DV360 and Google Ads platforms, as well as developing client relationship, administrative and presentation skills. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Campaign Implementation Accountable for the day-to-day workflow on the client, engaging line managers and executives when required in a timely fashion, ensuring no basic errors. This includes: Smooth implementation and delivery of campaigns within DV360, Google and Meta Ads. Accurate and timely reporting, with the development of clear insights and recommendations. Implementation of optimisations and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. Team & Communication Developing strong working relationships with your immediate team and wider digital activation team. Strong working relationship with Manager and Executive, with the ability to manage upwards when required. Developing strong working relationships with the internal client teams. Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner. Client Timely and professional client communication. Punctual and attentive in all presentations, face to face and WIP environments - taking notes and providing contact reports. Monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy and providing administration support. Complete monthly invoicing processes by set due date. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You have experience across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You are comfortable with the analysis of numbers and manipulating data in Excel. You are able to execute tasks with high attention to detail and a minimal error rate. You take ownership of your tasks and can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks. You are a problem solver, not a problem finder. You proactively surface challenges with potential solutions to solve. Open to probing for clarity and asking questions when tasks or outputs are not clear. You have strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities You see a deadline and strive to work towards it, while also being able to manage upwards and across the wider team to ensure key deliverables are hit.
