Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Performance Attribution Analyst to join the team with one of our Asset Management firm clients. This person is expected to work hybrid in their NYC or Chicago office, but they can make the exception for remote for the right person. The Investment Performance Analytics Analyst will calculate, validate, and interpret composite results needed by portfolio management, marketing, client services, legal/compliance, and additional areas within the enterprise. Working independently under general supervision, this job handles composite questions and projects related to calculation and statistical analysis. The Investment Performance Team in the company's Global Investment Operations organization prepares performance calculations, reporting, GIPS compliant presentations, performance attribution, portfolio analytics, and other related deliverables for their investment book of record. The reporting and analysis produced by the team is used by portfolio management, marketing, client service, compliance and other areas across the enterprise to inform investment decisions and strategy, support client retention efforts and promote new business growth. Within the Investment Performance team, the Performance Calculations and Reporting team owns the performance book of record such as portfolio measurement, reporting and benchmark calculations. The team broadly supports internal stakeholders and external client base with subject matter expertise and accurate portfolio performance measurement capabilities. Skills and Requirements -2+ years of experience in performance calculation, reporting and/or analysis functions -Advanced Microsoft Excel skills -Experience working at an Asset Management firm -Experience using Eagle PACE and/or FactSet performance calculation and reporting capabilities -Experience utilizing SQL, R, or Python preferred -CIPM -CFA -Bachelors Degree
