Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, automate, and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor the performance of our Customer Excellence team.
Develop and enhance bad debt and collections forecasting models to mitigate risk and optimize resource allocation.
Support continuous improvement projects by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and tracking performance metrics.
Assist with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and budget tracking to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from acquired businesses and ensure consistent performance tracking.
Prepare and present key performance insights and reports to leadership and executive teams.
RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, GSuite, and business intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or LookerStudio.
Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance principles, particularly regarding AR, subledgers, and general ledger.
Experience with SQL, Python, or automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and an ownership mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently interact with senior management.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
