The **Seasonal Perch Server** will primarily support the Perch Patio Bar in the afternoons, providing outstanding service to our guests. Depending on business levels, you may also assist with poolside service. This position is primarily PM shifts.Key Responsibilities include: · Deliver exceptional guest service at the Perch Patio Bar, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and anticipating guest needs. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas. · Assist with poolside service as needed, depending on business levels. · Collaborate with team members and maintain communication with the management team to provide smooth service. **T** **his is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity.** This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay.
