Responsibilities Member of a dynamic, fast-paced service team Perform service repairs and preventative maintenance in trade on soft drink dispensing equipment (fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB’s, Icemakers, etc.) Delivery and delivery assistance of cooler and vendor equipment in the trade Installation and installation assistance of fountain equipment in the trade Responsible for enhancing and maintaining customer relations through efficient, professional customer service and improving service department teams targeted measures Work shifts may be subject to change Start times may vary and must be available for overnight stays Qualifications Demonstrated positive team attitude as well as ability to work independently, and proven attendance record Previous service experience an asset Desire and ability to progress through Service Technician levels Good communication skills G License Aptitude tests will be administered. Successful candidate must achieve weighted average grade of 75% or higher to pass.
