We are looking for a strong PeopleSoft Finance Functional/Techno-functional resource with hands-on experience in FSCM implementation, upgrades, and migrations. **Day to Day Job Duties** + Meet with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements. + Analyze existing processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement. + Document requirements in functional specifications for development teams. + Configure PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, etc.) based on business needs. + Maintain setup tables, security roles, and workflow configurations. + Test configurations to ensure compliance with business rules. + Prepare test scripts for unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). + Execute functional testing and validate results against requirements. + Coordinate with QA teams and resolve defects. + Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by end-users. + Analyze root causes and provide solutions or workarounds. + Liaise with technical teams for complex issues involving customizations or integrations. **Basic Qualifications** + Minimum 8 years of experience across PeopleSoft Financials. + General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable: 5-8 years. + Asset Management, Purchasing: 3–5 years. + Lease Management, Bank Recon: 3-5 years. + Integration with third-party systems: 2–3 years. + Technical experience in SQLs, nVisions, Integration Broker: 2–3 years. **Travel** No travel is required. Can work remotely and if needed, come to a nearby NTT office.
