People Support Analyst - Global Scope

**Position Summary**
The People Support Analyst is a key member of our global team, responsible for delivering global Tier 1 HR support. This role provides specialized guidance on global HR policies and processes, promotes employee self-service, and partners with other global and regional People Support team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The role also contributes to knowledge base article development, process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives and projects as necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Handle Employee, Manager and HR inquiries in Workday Help for relevant global scope
+ Act as T2 for incoming Regional People Support cases that cannot be resolved by HUB team members due to system settings/criticality or access restriction
+ Support Regional People Support T1 activities if capacity allows and required
+ Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analyzing the nature of the request, and route them to the appropriate HR colleagues, maintain customer contact until request is resolved
+ Follow up on resolution and inform customer on status
+ Prioritize and solve issues in the spirit of Employee Experience
+ Comply with policies and procedures and service levels
+ Act as a ‘super user’ of WD, share knowledge and best practices within People teams
+ Contribute to regional People Support Teams’ activities as required
+ Track customer queries according to standard operating procedures in Workday Help and produce reports if needed
+ Review and ensure regular maintenance and update of SOPs in scope
+ Support EDM global governance as per assigned roles & responsibilities
+ Run and create reports
+ Support our strategic human capital enablement program (e.g. Workday – support data collection, validation, testing activities)
+ Provide input and support to build and maintain our Knowledge Base
+ Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization
+ Execute assigned project, continuous improvement activities (e.g. Workday Help, Workday etc)
+ Execute assigned team activities
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations.
+ Experience with HRIS platforms (i.e. Workday, Success Factors) and case management tools (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday Help). Knowledge in Workday is preferred.
+ Knowledge of various HR processes.
+ Ideally experience working across multiple HR domains.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
+ Fluency in English.
