**_About the Job_** The People Services PLC Manager will manage the full People Life Cycle process for ensuring the seamless execution of processes like On Boarding, Off Boarding, Job Change, Data management (physical and digital), External Work Force, One Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 Level. Leading a team of 10+ people, the PS PLC Manager will ensure that the procedures listed below and related to PLC area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, ensuring that processes are perform and deliver under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties, minimizing the risks associated. Main Responsibilities: + Management and control of PLC operation: Compliant with Core model, Global and local policies, KPI and Internal control. + Meet or exceed monthly executive KPI targets and identify improvement areas. + Legal & Regulatory acknowledge, implementation and control: Employment laws, Data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA), Labor audits and compliance reporting. + Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and data privacy regulations. Act as the guardian of data privacy for the team, ensuring compliance with local legislation, maintain maximum confidentiality of employee data. + Oversee the quality of data and proactively address potential issues. + Guarantee monthly compliance with internal controls, particularly those impacting managed processes. + Lead together with other managers to identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.
