**HR Shared Services Manager (People Services Manager)**

**About the Role**
As the **HR Shared Services Manager** , you will:
+ Lead tier 2 people service activities across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
+ Ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
+ Build efficient systems that support employee engagement and compliance.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ownership are key.
You’ll also provide strategic HR support and guidance, working closely with department leaders and teammates to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Drive Operational Excellence**
+ Lead and mentor a team of People Service Specialists across the Americas.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations in a multi-tier service model.
+ Track and analyze HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery.
+ Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis.
+ Build team capabilities and ensure alignment with HR policies and training needs.
+ Manage escalations from customers and stakeholders.
**Ensure Compliance**
+ Stay current on HR regulations.
+ Ensure HR practices align with company policies and standard operating procedures.
**Innovate and Optimize**
+ Lead and support HR initiatives to improve operations and employee experience.
+ Optimize HR tech solutions like Workday HCM and Workday Help.
+ Promote manager and employee self-service through streamlined processes.
**Lead with Impact**
+ Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
+ Drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction with clear action plans.
+ Coach and develop team members.
**Drive Change**
+ Collaborate with leaders to define and implement change initiatives.
+ Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
**Influence and Communicate**
+ Use emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to influence decisions.
+ Present data and insights to support initiatives.
+ Build stakeholder commitment and drive organizational change.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
+ 5+ years in a managerial role.
+ Proven experience driving Key Performance Indicators.
+ Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
+ Experience with ERP/cloud-based HR systems (Workday preferred).
+ Global or regional HR project experience.
+ Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.
