People Services Helpdesk Admin (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description Summary

This individual will act as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries which include but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Regulatory & Compliance, Employee Relations, Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, Procurement and Accounts Payable functions. He or she will be responsible to coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle within the standard company processes and various platforms.

About the Role:

Provide Tier 1 HR support to U.S.-based employees in a large, complex organization, covering the full employee life cycle from hire to retire.Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding standard HR procedures, policies, and Workday transactions.Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution within SLA and KPI targets.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to support Tier 1 operations and COE initiatives.Manage HR tickets, maintain ownership of tasks, and effectively communicate updates and resolutions using various platforms.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, open for fresh graduates or 2 years of relevant experience handling sensitive employment information; Workday experience is a plus.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Willingness to work night shifts or a shifting schedule; demonstrates urgency, adaptability, and ownership of tasks.
