As the People Services Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle management, ensuring best-in-class service for Sanofi employees. This role involves executing core People Services processes within the legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, while maintaining adequate control and minimizing associated risks.
 

Main responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Support onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processesAssist in contract creation, employee data updates, and termination activitiesCoordinate asset collection during offboarding

 Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related systemsSupport data quality monitoring, analysis, and auditingPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reportsEnsure compliance with data security protocols and GDPR

 Query Handling and Customer Service:

Address employee inquiries through One Support platform (ServiceNow)Handle L2 queries related to People Services topicsMaintain knowledge databases and support knowledge transfer activities

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to Sanofi policies, guidelines, and mandatory internal controlsMaintain personnel files (digital and physical) and conduct monthly auditsSupport document management related to the employee lifecycleAssist in providing documentation for audits and external entities

Process Improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation effortsAssist in updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsSupport testing of new functionality in Workday and other system

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (P&C, Legal, COEs, Facilities, etc.)Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

About you 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field0-2 years of experience in HR or related field (2+ years preferred)Proficiency in English (advanced level) required; local language skills is a plus.Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus

Skills and Competencies:

Basic understanding of HR processes and activitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with HR tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is advantageousStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learnAwareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR) is beneficial
