Main responsibilities:

Assist employees with External Workforce queries using our knowledge base and established proceduresConduct investigations on user cases and communicate findings clearly and conciselyManage cases through our digital tools, tracking progress toward resolutionDeliver exceptional written customer service to end-users and stakeholdersHelp create and maintain knowledge articles to improve our service offeringsContribute to service improvement by collecting and analyzing user satisfaction data

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Coordinate External Workforce activities across multiple systems (Workday, Flext, CREW) and collaborate with stakeholders mainly in France,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for External Workforce, meeting our key performance indicatorsEnsure accurate data management across systems and proactively identify potential issuesTrack and document case lifecycles to maintain service qualityExecute all activities in compliance with company policies and operational standardsContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiativesProvide Level 2 support and develop expertise in External Workforce processesFocus on delivering an outstanding employee experience

About you

Experience:

Ongoing university studies (active student status, preferably in the first year)Min. 25/30 -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

Enthusiasm for learning and professional growthStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood communication skills (both verbal and written)Team player, able to collaborate transversally with the team and stakeholders

Languages: Fluent English and French communication skills (essential)
