What you will be doing:
The People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all employees. Exceptional people motivation, organizational and event planning skills. Creative and Results driven type personality. The successful candidate will be expected to exceed the needs of the business and ensure that employee morale is constantly being focused on.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes all Company sponsored special events (Birthdays, Employee Recognition Programs, employee appreciation, new customer celebrations, work through lunch coordination, etc. off-site Company events and others as needed)Serve on Activities committeesHosts new hire employee orientationdevelops ideas for morale building activities to continuously improve morale and best practicesManages the Asurion Suggestion ProgramEnsures that all methods of communication are clear and available to all employees in a timely mannerParticipate in developing department goals and objectivesOther duties as assigned
