As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records, the Customer Service Associate supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreementsMaintain life-cycle process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boardingFocus on complex tasks / projectsAdvise on Tier 2 escalationsSupport the training and development of HR advisors in the teamManages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global complianceCarry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirementsCoordinates and supports local Talent Acquisition coordinationCreate/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requestedSupporting projects and process improvementsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree1-2 years of working experience in similar role in HR ServicesFluent in English and French/Italian/Spanish language(s), both oral and writtenKnowledge of any other European language is an advantageExperience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirableKnowledge with Microsoft OfficeGood time management and ability to prioritizeStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilienceKnowledge of HR, labor law is an advantageINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
