About the job

People Services is the operational backbone of Sanofi’s People & Culture (P&C), its goal is to deliver seamless, people-centric services for every aspect of the employee lifecycle.

Responsible for comprehensive employee lifecycle management including administering vacation tracking, public holidays, and staff communications. Handles documentation processes including HR  letters, invitation letters for expatriates Oversees employee benefits administration including medical/life insurance, pre-employment medical logistics, summer resort programs, and Les Enfants de Sanofi initiative

Main responsibilities:

Personnel:

Issuing HR letters for employees (Embassy)

Issuing medical checkup letter for new hire

Prepare staff memos for all vacations announcements

Termination Process:

Following up on collecting the Resignations/ Terminations reports from the HRBPs.

Following up on the signatures on all required documents (resignations, Form 6… etc.).

Following up If we Communicate the departure with all stakeholders or not.

Following up the completion of Exit Release Form.

Following up on Issuing the Experience letters.

Following up on moving the departures Employee’s folders to the archive room

Medical Insurance:

Manage add new hire in medical

Manage new add dependents (children – spouse)

Issuing renewals /termination of medical insurance cards

Budgeting & following up the medical insurance/ medical checkups costs

Following up the claim’s reimbursement

Initiation of PO, collecting data from all stakeholders, Follow-up on PO approval, Quotation of each dep. Reveling all invoices on quarterly basis for active employees and death cases, receive all related invoices for Sanofi contribution and Employee Contribution aligning with finance & Payroll on the deducted amounts then receive back the invoices amounts sending back to finance and MetLife, Collecting all data form

Claims issues between employees and MetLife

Medical card issue (missing - add - deactivate)

Approval for surgery

Receive invoices from MetLife and receive amount from PO

Following up on the exceptional cases

Handling Medical Insurance and Pre- employment medical check-ups logistics

Preparing a file for the deceased for the insurance compensation provided by the company to the deceased or injured employee at work

Follow up with MetLife to pay compensation to the family of the deceased

Preparing, writing and following up life insurance policies for the employee in the company with MetLife

Medical insurance follow-up with the family for the deceased employee for a period of three years

Follow-up and confirmation with MetLife for children of workers over the age of 21 to stop the medical card or continue

Out movement of both life& medical insurance

Follow up the results with the clinic

Responsible for the clinic and its staff

Confirmation done to SBS HR Services to procced hire

Prepare death claims needed documents - Life insurance

Summer Resort:

Location Selection

Inspection

Unites quality and benefits

Price negotiation

Issue the PO with total price including accommodation, Transportation, and handling fees

Chose Trip Leader nomination

Preparation Raffle

Receive forms from the employees

Send it to E.G Communication to announcement

Follow up with employee and finance weekly payment

Follow up by phone all problems facing the employees, and I solve them with the village or the owners

Les enfant de Sanofi

Receiving cases, preparing a file for them, and then following up.

Renew case files

Follow-up with cases inside treatment institution

Follow up on the amount provided by the institution until I tell the employee to go to take him for treatment

Follow-up surgeries to recovery

Solve transfer problems between the bank, the employee and the institution abroad

Holidays:

Support employees to make any holidays on Workday.

Others:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Respect of personal data protection charter.

About you

Education: Relevant bachelor’s degree

Related Experience: 2-3 years in HRM especially in Personal and well-rounded with labor law

Soft Skills:

Good communication & Presentation skills.

Teamwork and collaboration

Planning & organizing skills.

Problem solving abilities. (identifying issues and finding effective solutions)

Technical Skills:

HR Systems Proficiency: Workday, Service Now & Hits.

Process Management: Employee Lifecycle Management - termination processes, Organizational

& Personal Data Updates - Managing employee information .
