Responsibilities

Gains familiarity overall Human Resources concepts, practices and methodologiesEmployee relations investigation and issues resolutionAffirmative action and Diversity & InclusionRegulatory complianceIndividual and team development and training.Supports team efforts to ensure uniform, consistent and fair application of Human Resources programs and policiesCommunicates concerns, anticipated issues and recommendations to more senior team members and managementMaintains accurate files and recordsAssists with special projects as assignedSupport area processes such as: hiring (both permanent and temporary employees), promotions, transfers, benefits, HR service ticketsSupport for the GPTW projectOnboarding of new employeesSupport with training programs (global and national).
 

Qualifications

Degree in HR or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year of experienceGood communication skills in Portuguese and English (advanced – mandatory)Intermediate proficiency in the Office SuiteGood organization and commitment to assigned responsibilities
 Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 times per week in the office) in São Paulo, SP
