You will be responsible to support all corporate functions on P&O operationsAssisting the Business Managers to address specific people topics by advising on possible options and acting as consultant / advisor on people related tasks (in the context of Siemens policy).    You will support Learning analytics and learning initiatives in above businesses in collaboration with Global Learning Campus.You will work along with the TA Partner to close the open positions to reach the sanctioned HC. You will actively report the HC status to the functions every month.Single interface to Performance Controlling team for activities such as monthly VCP data provision details, Headcount reporting etc.Support in the activity related to workforce planning & and provide recommendations e.g., Workforce planning to maintain HC, Succession Planning WorkshopCollaborate and partner with stakeholders of various corporate functions to execute key people initiativesActively plan all employee engagement activities, connect sessions with employees along with the team.Responsible for all transfer related activities while also maintaining employee database, ensuring the highest standards of data quality e.g., CHCM, e-list etc. in coordination with the GBS colleagues. Actively contribute and participate in P&O, India initiatives by supporting special initiatives

You bring in 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience of HR, preferably have seen different facets of the functionYou are a management graduate with a creative, digital mindset, have good communication skills, love to work in teams, grounded, honest and hard working.
