People Organisation Lead – Germany

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Country People Organisation (PO) Lead to join our team in Germany. About the Role: As the Country PO Lead, you will be at the forefront of our HR team in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that foster a productive and engaging work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including Centers of Excellence and Workers' Council, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive and implementation of company’s HR initiatives across Germany for all business groups. This includes planning, consultation, communication, and delivery within the local framework.As a member of the Germany Leadership Team, the People Lead actively partners with the Executive team and leads the HR strategy aligned to their objectives.The People Lead is also responsible to effectively partner with a team of HR professionals and experts setting the overall program initiatives in HP Germany allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensuring timely and effective delivery of human resource programs.The People Organisation Lead is responsible to lead the Labor Relations strategy for Germany, the relationship with Unions and Workers Councils.

What do you need to bring to the role?

Extensive experience providing HR consultation on employee relations, staffing, compensation, policies, performance management, and MADO.Strong knowledge of German labor laws and regulations, talent management, equity & inclusion, training & development.Ability to build partnerships across various levels and work collaboratively with customers, employees, and HR colleagues.Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.Effective time, project management, and prioritization skills.Proficient in written, oral, and presentation communication in German and English.Capable of managing complex administrative processes concurrently.
