We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead and support our People operations across the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in regional People processes and employment law, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in shaping employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving people-focused initiatives.
You will lead on US People policy rewriting: as part of group moving from loosely consistent country-by-country People policies to a global framework and guidelines with local policies which ensure compliance and supplement where extra is needed.
Please note, this role is hybrid to the Fort Worth\/Dallas area.

What you'll be doing -\n\nEmployee Relations & Compliance\n\nProvide guidance on U.S. employment law and People best practices.\nManage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations. \n\n\nPeople Operations & Process Management\n\nOversee regional People processes including but not limited to performance management and benefits administration.\nContinuously improve People workflows and systems for efficiency and scalability. \n\n\nTalent Development & Engagement\n\nSupport employee development initiatives and career progression planning.\nFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nSupport engagement surveys and action planning. \n\n\nCollaboration & Leadership\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams.\nCoach and support managers on People policies and leadership practices.\nContribute to strategic workforce planning. \n\n\n\n

What we're looking for -\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.\nCollaborative team player with leadership potential.\nExperience with HRS systems and data reporting tools preferred.

Essential Skills and Qualifications -\u202f\n\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of People experience, including regional process management and employment law familiarity.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nProven experience managing People processes across the US.\nSolid understanding of US employment law and People compliance.\n\n
