Job Title: People Lead, Talent & Culture

Job Description

This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding the supply chain impact of people decisions to fulfill business objectives. The successful candidate will drive engagement on the plant culture agenda and coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values, ensuring high performance work systems and effective plant learning management.

Responsibilities

Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda and coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.Partner with leadership teams on strategic priorities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and career pathing.Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans.Inform and update People Services on local, legal, and regulatory changes in the market.Support plant leadership with effective management of time and attendance systems and policies.Lead people processes during plant transformation with effective change management.Assist with site labor relations strategy, focusing on communication, compliance, and positive employee relations.Collaborate with union representatives to maintain a productive and respectful labor environment.

Required Skills

5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a union environment.Union and employee relations experience with involvement in CBA negotiations.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Experience with HRIS and PowerBI.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma experience is an asset.CHRP or CHRL certification is considered an advantage or working towards it.

Work Environment

The role is based onsite, five days a week, in an office environment connected to a manufacturing plant.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
