People Experience Manager (HRBP) - Thailand

ROLE SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this role is to be a credible business partner to the Thailand Commercial Business in building and implementing effective people solutions to deliver business growth in addition to managing local internal and external HR interface with key stakeholders in Thailand.

The role is also expected to drive efficient execution of HR operations work at the market in partnership with Global Business Solution Teaam (GBS) and other support teams.

Reports to People Experience Director for the assigned cluster.
 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce Planning and Talent ManagementDrive headcount planning, org structure design/changesSupport business leaders to plan year-round talent management processes including performance and workforce evaluation, development and succession plansAssist managers in the annual implementation of standard talent management process and tool usage.Change ManagementDevelop and influence the change in the organization: project plans, risk management, review impact of solutions for the businessEmployee EngagementShape a positive employee experience across various stages, from recruitment to retention.Act as coach and business partner to leaders and business teams, consult with all leaders to drive engagement and continuous improvement mindset in Pfizer's culture.HR InsightsProvide decision support through HR metricsHR OperationsManage implementation of new systems, processes and programs such as Workday enhancements, portal enhancements and changes, etc.Participate in the ongoing review of PX processes and make recommendations for process efficiencies.Support on-boarding and off-boarding of colleagues, coach and train managers about HR processes and activities.Provide timely and effective coaching to all leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and Shared Services tools when appropriate.Support Compensation & Benefit activities, including year-end cycle, incentive eligibility, data validation etc.Compliance and Policy ManagementEnsure understanding, alignment and adherence to all Pfizer global and regional policies.Local policy design to align with changes in the market or local legislation, in collaboration with COEs and stakeholders.Management of compliance matters in alignment to internal policies.

Labor and Legislative Requirements

Keep updated on labor law changes and provide advice to line managers on personnel issues.Provide support to resolve complex employee relations issues, performing investigations if neededPrepare/oversee reports in conformance with legislated requirements

Others

Work with HR Centers of Excellence on the required and ad hoc in-country projects and activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree5+ years’ experienceDemonstrate business acumen, strategic and innovative thinkingExtensive knowledge of workable HR procedures and policiesGood consulting skills, ability to coach and build strong relationships with different people across the organizationProficiency in MS Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant pharmaceutical experienceAbility to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the businessHR working experience in multi-national organizationProven track record of promoting employee value proposition and experience in Change Management
