 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Maintain employee records, administer compensation and benefit, and organize training sessionsPlan manpower needs, advise on contract negotiations, and champion equal employment opportunity programsGuide People Experience teams in project management, resource forecasting, and process improvementFacilitate team agreements, introduce new concepts, and coach leaders on People Experience processes and toolsOversee performance management and talent reviews, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policiesCollaborate with People Experience areas to implement business initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvementSupport recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation activities, staying updated on labor laws and advising managers on personnel issuesLead and manage moderately complex projects, effectively utilizing time and resourcesApply skills and knowledge to contribute to departmental work and resolve moderately complex problems independentlyReview and seek feedback on your work, mentor colleagues, and exercise judgment based on experience

 QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

               Qualifications : 

A BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience, an MBA/MS with at least 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.Strong business acumen and strategic thinkingExtensive knowledge of effective People Experience procedures and policiesExcellent consulting skillsAbility to coach and build strong relationships with diverse individuals across the organizationExperience in managing employee relations and union relationsPx working experience in a multi-national organization

Skills :                                                                                                                        

Knowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the businessProven track record of promoting employee value propositionExperience in Change ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of emotional intelligence and adaptabilityUnderstanding and integration of both internal and external business driversExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

         ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Report into the General Manager Upjohn Algeria.Interaction with cross-functional department team members and Manager levels will be frequent.Interaction with external stakeholders will be frequentInteraction with management at the Director level will be frequent.
