You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Role overview

People Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact of employees and main partner for the local implementation of international/local projects or initiatives
 

High-level responsibilities

Provide end to end local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location providing business intimacyKey point of contact to employees and managers for HR related queries, self –service transaction, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process supporting requiring face to face interaction and hard copy documentationResponsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end to end operational HR servicesGuarantee administrative and operational support in key and strategic international projectsResponsible for delivery of the following services:Ongoing onboardingLocal learning activitiesDelivery of actions plan related to engagementSupport in local eventsLocal query resolution (including facility related tasks)

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Around 2 years of experience in People Team DptContinuous improvement mindsetDemonstrable excellent communication skills and relationship buildingAbility to engage and collaborate with people at all levelsGood knowledge in local labor lawProficiency with digital toolsInternational experience is valued
 

Education / Certifications:

Degree in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other relevant business areaMSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plusFluency in Romanian and English
 

Work schedule: 9-17:30
