Je ondersteunt de uitrol van de **One Sanofi People Strategy** en draagt bij aan talentontwikkeling, performance, organisatie en cultuur, steeds in lijn met de globale bedrijfsstrategie. **Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:** + Strategisch P&C-partner voor lokale business leaders + Begeleiden van managers in HR-processen, beleid en procedures + Ondersteunen van lokale People & Culture-activiteiten en projecten + Talent Acquisition: ondersteuning bij on-site rekrutering + Talent & Performance Management: workshops, talent reviews en ontwikkeladvies + Learning: lokale leeradministratie en audits + Rewards & Compensation: CAO-onderhandelingen, budgetbeheer, performance- en verloningscyclus + Employee Relations: contacten met vakbonden/ondernemingsraad en casemanagement + Organisatiewijzigingen & herstructureringen begeleiden + Rapportering en lokale HR-insights (incl.
