The People Excellence role serves as the critical link between Sanofi's global People & Culture strategy and local business execution. They translate global frameworks into actionable, locally-relevant initiatives that drive business performance.

Main responsibilities:
Execute global strategies and processes across GBU/GF with local adaptationPartner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and culture implementationCollaborate with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver local people prioritiesSupport implementation and evolution of the People & Culture operating modelManage employee relations matters and concerns with appropriate escalation pathsProvide expert guidance on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport the business with organisational changesChampion the adoption of self-service tools (ESS/MSS) and support digital transformation initiatives within People & CulturePartner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activitiesDrive talent management initiatives and development programsGuide managers and employees through the performance management cycleFacilitate year-end calibration processes in partnership with People Business PartnersSupport implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and provide coaching guidanceConduct regular talent reviews and succession planning activities with ManagersAbout you
Experience: Demonstrable success in an HR/People & Culture role in a Multinational Company Environment, has handled complex cases / projects across Employee Relations, Organisational Change and Organisational Development.
Previous experience in HR Reorganisations and Comp Cycle Management
Soft skills: People and Patient focused, highly motivated and agile, ability to work with different groups across the organisation.
Education: Degree in HR or Business-related discipline.
