The People Engagement Team is responsible for translating PMI’s purpose and business strategy into compelling narratives and meaningful local engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering connection, inclusion, and alignment across the organization.
Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and implement internal communication and employee engagement campaigns aligned with business priorities and company culture.Design and execute cultural rituals and engagement initiatives, such as town halls, live sessions, celebrations, and DEI-related events.Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors, including briefing, follow-up, and ensuring quality standards and deadlines.Support and lead employee engagement projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.Plan and manage the internal communications and events activation calendar, ensuring consistency and impact.Support content development for internal communication channels.Localize global programs, translating them into relevant and meaningful local communication and engagement initiatives.Operate internal communication channels, monitoring performance indicators and engagement metrics.Support change management initiatives through clear, timely, and effective communication.Drive continuous improvement of communication processes, workflows, and formats to enhance employee experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.Professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.At least 3 years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement.Proven experience working with agencies and external vendors.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Canva and CapCut for internal communication materials and digital content.Previous experience supporting or leading change management initiatives.Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as a trusted communication partner.Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and employee experience.
