Education Required:
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related.
People & Culture functional area knowledge
Microsoft Office tools
Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.)
Basic project management
Other Helpful Computer Knowledge:
PowerBI
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Workday experience with Case Management

Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for tasks that monitor and support progress on projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes. Drive continuous improvements in processes and projects. Support and run necessary reports/data, communications, stakeholders/teammates, and technology to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal teams and People & Culture teams. Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards Consistently able to manage time and be resilient with change.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
