People Development Manager

This position can be located out of Rosemont or Chicago.
Position Responsibilities :
+ Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences tailored to multiple leader levels providing content to support mindset shifts in leadership and employee development spanning a career
+ Use instructional design principles and leverage third party vendors to create engaging and effective content (workshops, e-learning, webinars, etc.) and other growth mechanisms (coaching/mentoring)
+ Facilitate learning (30%+), in-person or virtually, utilizing adult learning methodologies; oversee updates and related communication as needed
+ Manage a team of individual contributors supporting the organization through administering operational aspects of the LMS, delivering and designing engaging learning experiences, and maintaining training, toolkits, and presentations to ensure conciseness and accuracy
+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s D egree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma /General Education Diploma with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s D egree
