What you'll do
As the People Delivery Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of people plans, including people development interventions, change / transformation projects, and cyclical people activities. Working closely with People Partners, you will help design, implement, and embed various people change initiatives, creating a positive colleague and line manager experience. Your responsibilities will include consulting and communicating with stakeholders to gain insight and buy-in, owning and planning cyclical talent and reward activities, analysing data to support the development of the people plan, and leading business change interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider team to drive efficiencies, share best practises, and continuously improve processes to deliver divisional and functional people plans effectively.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering people plans and managing change initiatives within a fast-paced and complex commercial environment. With a combination of people partner knowledge, CIPD Level 5 qualification, and experience in project management, you excel in collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and embed people change initiatives and cyclical activities that enhance colleague and line manager experiences. Your strong communication and influencing skills, coupled with your ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement, enable you to lead by example, foster effective relationships, and support the successful delivery of people plans and business transformation projects.
Essential Criteria
Demonstrable people partnering knowledge and practice, evidenced by a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5) or equivalent applied experience in a people/HR partnering role. Proven delivery of people plans and people‑impacting change initiatives, including collaborative working with stakeholders to achieve defined outcomes in a commercial and complex organisational environment. Demonstrable accountability for end‑to‑end delivery, including identifying issues, making evidence‑based decisions, and driving actions through to resolution. Ability to analyse, interpret and use data to inform decisions, track progress, and identify risks or delays across projects, programmes or initiatives. Demonstrable collaboration and stakeholder engagement capability, shown through effective teamwork, constructive challenge, and working with others to solve business problems and improve ways of working. Ability to travel between sites as part of the role. A full UK driving licence (or equivalent) is required to meet this need
