What you will do
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Data Analyst in the People team you will be in charge of:

 Use SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools such as Looker and other tools to explore data across the entire employee lifecycle.

 Build insightful dashboards and create clear, concise presentations that turn data into actionable recommendations.

 Collaborate with leaders across our product development teams to identify opportunities that empower our teams and improve their ways of working.

 Act as a strategic partner to People and Business leaders, translating complex findings into actionable talent strategies that drive organizational goals.

 Proactively identify and investigate the most critical business questions, owning complex analytical projects from ambiguous problem to impactful solution.

 Bring a passion for learning and exploring new trends in analytics, especially the growing potential of AI tools.

What you need to succeed
Good to have

 Significant experience as an HR Data Analyst. Previous experience working alongside product development is a nice plus.

 Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.

 You are comfortable using SQL to query data, Google Sheets (or Excel) for analysis, and BI tools like Looker Studio to build dashboards. It’s a plus if you have experience with a scripting language like Python or Google Apps Script.

 You enjoy collaborating with and advising partners across the business, from People team colleagues to business leaders.

 Ability to translate complex data into a clear, compelling narrative for any audience.

 Project management skills, with experience balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

 Fluency in English is required.

 Knowledge of Cornerstone HR system is a plus.
