Job Summary:
The People & Culture Specialist, L&D Resource Center - Assignments & Reporting (Assignments & Reporting Specialist) is accountable for assignments and reporting on Learning and Development (L&D) programs that support firm and business line key initiatives. Deliverables for this role are based on firm and business line needs, audience size, and complexity of concepts. This position evaluates assignment and reporting needs – whether instructor-led, webcast or self-study – and recommends tools and features to support these requests. Through strong partnerships across National Learning & Development, the Assignments & Reporting Specialist supports assignment projects that span across large and/or multiple areas as well as complex and large-scale changes, such as supporting a new system or product implementations to multiple job functions that may affect processes.
Job Duties:
General:
Maintains basic level knowledge in all firm-standard L&D software, including new products and product upgrades as introduced, as well as related policies, procedures, and best practices Serves as a training resource on the firm’s learning systems Builds self-guided training, including thorough testing, as needed Works with Event Sponsors to ensure content within the Learning Management System (LMS) is up to date and accurate Interprets National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards to advise internal clients on the appropriate Fields of Study and makes recommendations for learning objectives and course descriptions that will align with the standardsAssignments & Reporting:
Creates assignments for mandatory trainings, including working with business line sponsors, gathering all required information, building reports within the system, and drafting communications for all impacted Creates and sends end-user assignment communications, as needed Builds and updates compliance reports, as required for business line sponsors and legal matters Processes program waivers and deferrals for firm employees, while maintaining the New Hire Required Courses Grid Reviews assignments for accuracy and updates Responds to employee assignments and reporting questions Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding the assignment process and provides training, as needed Stays up to date on firm credit requirements

Education:
Associate degree, required Bachelor's degree, preferredExperience:
One (1) or more years of experience in training or organizational development role, required Experience in a detail-oriented task-based role that highly leverages technology, required Experience interpreting regulatory guidelines, rules, and laws, preferred Experience working in a management system such as learning or HR, required Experience in an LMS Administrator type role, preferred Experience at a professional services firm, preferredSoftware:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, requiredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Maryland Range: $50,000 - $60,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $50,000 - $60,000
