What will your role look like?
As People & Culture Manager – Serbia, you will work closely with local leadership and Regional People & Culture teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent development in the Serbian market.
You will act as a trusted advisor to management, leading both operational and strategic HR activities, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with our global People Strategy.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including employer branding and onboarding programs. Leading performance management cycles and implementing talent development initiatives. Driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs. Acting as a strategic HR business partner, advising on organizational design, change management, and employee relations. Ensuring compliance with Serbian labor law and internal policies, managing HR administration, benefits, and payroll coordination. Preparing HR metrics, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Proven capability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational execution. Diplomatic, discreet, and mature approach to managing sensitive matters. Highly organized, proactive, and resilient in dynamic business environments. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. Solid understanding of Serbian labor law and HR compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills for HR metrics and business indicators. Fluent in English (C1) and Serbian.
