Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose :Provide initiatives as well as implementation, delivery and management of digital and automation technology, database optimization, business intelligence and product solution engagement with Workday or any other tools/system to enhance P&C process and database. Strategy Development & PlanningEnsure integration of database in P&C Department to support data utilization in order to make evidence base decision.Contribute Workday data planning and reporting framework aligned with business needs.Capacity BuildingAs Workday champion or Subject Matter Expert.Train internal P&C users on data tools, dashboards, and system updates.Support internal understanding of HR analytics to enhance decision-making.Provide technical assistance for manager in using Workday.Accountability & Quality AssuranceStrengthen the utilization of Workday as main P&C database & system to accelerate the process in P&C Department through automation.Analyze trends in workforce data and provide insights for continuous improvement.Monitor and process staff medical reimbursement in alignment with policy.Networking & RelationLiaise with Workday GC team for Workday issuesCoordinate with internal P&C units and hiring managers for shared processes.Management Develop and manage annual performance agreementSubmits periodical/ monthly accomplishment reportBuild and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.Manage all risks related to P&C matters according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.The Qualifications :1/2/3-year Diploma degree, preferably three-year program in IT.Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations is an advantage.Experience with P&C/HR systems especially Workday for database and P&C process.ONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.WVI implements a Safeguarding Policy as a form of our commitment to protect children and adult beneficiaries.
