People & Culture Coordinator (AUNZ Retail focus)

This is a hybrid role which requires 4 days in office.

A day in the life: 

Reporting to our Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering, the People & Culture Coordinator will work on supporting the department to accomplish business objectives by assisting with critical people administration tasks and assisting with supporting P&C projects as required.

 

Assist in P&C administration tasks including contract creation, responding to P&C emails, answering employee queries and maintenance of employee formsSupport with reporting and analysis of people related metricsAdministering and maintenance of our Parenthood ProgramMonitoring and efficiently responding to P&C Service Now tickets Processing P&C invoices via Coupa within required timeframe Liaise with our Stores teams, GEC, and DC and provide support in contract creation and contract amendments with relation to new employees and job changesReview, update and general maintenance of the P&C Youlu pageUses data (both qualitative and quantitative) to recommend improvements to our people processes and employee experienceProvide administrative support through onboarding processes Perform data audits and provide support to people leaders to ensure accurate data requirements are capturedCoordinate and note-take team meetings as requiredAccurately manage and maintain the integrity of employee data in our People Management system (Workday) for assigned departments, including reporting, uploading documents, and processing job changes in a timely mannerComplete employment verification checks as requiredManage HR approval of business processes in the Workday systemConduct HR appointments for new starters in the SSC

 

Qualifications:

Working towards Human Resources qualification or similarProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Approaches sensitive information with confidentiality in mindKeen attention to detailAbility to work in a fast pace environment
