**People & Culture Coordinator at Hyatt Centric Melbourne**
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the People & Culture Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function.
This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, payroll support, diversity, inclusion and sustainability initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing P&C professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating positive employee experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ End-to-end management of the recruitment process
+ Assisting with the on-boarding process for new employees
+ Leading and driving employee engagement initiatives across the hotel from a local, national and global perspective
+ Assist in the fortnightly payroll process as required
+ Assist with coordinating P&C projects and events
+ Provide P&C advice and assist with query management of the People and Culture function
+ Assist in the development and delivery of Learning & Development programs, including facilitating training sessions and workshops.
+ Lead the Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability Committee, driving impactful people and sustainability initiatives
**Qualifications:**
**About you:**
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:
+ Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture, Administration or Coordinator role
+ A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or currently studying)
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
+ Experience within hospitality or a service-driven environment will be highly regarded
