The Role

An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor or junior HR talent looking to advance into a Business Partner role.

The People & Culture Business Partner will support and provide HR Advice to the Orora’s Beverage Cans business within Australia and New Zealand. This role will play a critical part in shaping culture, driving performance, and supporting staff across six manufacturing sites and our Cans teams within the Head Office, when required.

 

Key Responsibilities Assist with and coordinate the roll-out of the Performance Management cycle across the Cans business. Support recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, diversity programs, and onboarding. Coordinate EBA planning activities and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes. Champion rewards and recognition programs, and support engagement initiatives across sites. Leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends. Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed Orora’s values. Provide coaching and support to People Leaders in all aspects of performance management. About You Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field 2–3 years’ experience in an operational HR role. Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
