The opportunity

 

We are seeking motivated Senior Consultant to be a part of Dayforce Testing Program and work on impactful HR transformation projects with our dynamic People Consulting team.

 

This role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, particularly focusing on HR systems like Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dayforce modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management). Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze data and troubleshoot issues effectively across modules and integrations. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Validate data integrity and system workflows across modules. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. Support end-user testing and training efforts.

To qualify for the role you must have

 

Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field. Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
5+ years of experience testing Dayforce HCM or similar HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Good understanding of the HR Implementation Lifecycle. Solid grasp of Testing Methodology and Lifecycle. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies eg; Dayforce Ceridian Flexibility and ability to travel

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Experience with automation testing tools.

Knowledge of SQL for data validation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ceridian Dayforce certification is a plus.
