Purpose
People & Communications Generalists support in delivering the people and communications agenda within Door Business of the geography. They take part in the actions to attract, engage, and develop employees and develop the Company as a great place to work, together with other teams.
Key Responsibilities
With the support from the Doors Director, you will support and drive business objectives and the people agenda to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.
HR Administration - Responsible for delivering agreed local operations for Door’s business. These activities include, but are not limited to: Advising line managers and employees in correct usage of HR operating model. Ensuring smooth onboarding and off boarding process in alignment with global process. Local benefits administration and related communications. Employment, time, attendance, and payroll related preparations: collecting information, preparation, and coordination of locally required documents.
Industry Relations/Employer Relations – Support managers in Industry relations (IR) matters in a highly unionized environment, such as Employer/Enterprise bargaining agreement (EA) negotiations, performance management and investigations, interpretation of legislation, policies and procedures, and relevant EA as well as day-to-day matters. Support and enable strategy setting with relevant stakeholders.
Analyst and data management - Report on people metrics, providing the business with insights and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Support in organizational data management activities, for example in data upload preparations.
Talent and performance management – talent recruitment and retention and support initiatives to retain relevant employees Enable the Performance and reward service delivery.
Culture -. Support in driving culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion related activities, Support in driving well-being related activities
Requirements
University Degree
Fluent in English
Italian and/or Spanish as native language
3/4 Years of experience
