The Opportunity - People & Capability Business Partner

Based at our Macquarie Park, Sydney HQ.

This is where you come in

Based at our Macquarie Park Head Office this role is an exciting new opportunity for a developing People & Capability (P&C) Business Partner, to help bring to life our purpose, values, and culture in our Australian business. 

In this role, you’ll work alongside the current P&C Business Partner and Head of People & Capability to bring people initiatives to life., whilst supporting leaders with practical advice and guidance to help their teams thrive.

You’ll help bring our People & Capability vision to life by fostering a positive, inclusive culture and providing hands-on support to leaders and their teams.  At the heart of this our P&C Business Partners have a knack in building credible & trusting relationships across our leaders and people.

You will be driven with an ability to roll up your sleeves to deliver practical solutions.  You thrive in an environment where you will wear multiple hats across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, supported by our  global team of specialists.

You may currently be an experienced Advisor looking for a new role in a business with scale. What is most important is you are someone with high integrity, curiousity and the drive to improve the way things are done – all with our people at the heart of our actions. Knowledge of Payroll and/or HR systems would be ideal (we use Workday here), but we can teach that to the right person who is hungry to learn.
