**People Business Partner**
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly capable and business-minded People Business Partner to join our CBRE BSO Warsaw People Team. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with business leaders, translating business challenges into people strategies, and driving value to our partners from various Service Lines in Warsaw.
You will work directly with senior leaders across departments to support strategic people initiatives, coach on leadership and team effectiveness, and help shape an engaged, high-performance culture. This is a perfect role for someone with strong HR acumen, a partnership mindset, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior stakeholders in your assigned Service Lines, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle
+ Collaborate closely with the wider People team (TA, L&D, C&B, HR Ops) to deliver people programs that align with business needs
+ Collaborate with the Global BSO People Business Partners Team to ensure alignment of key processes across Regions
+ Drive core HR processes including: Performance and development cycles; Talent and succession planning; Salary and bonus reviews
+ Lead or contribute to organizational development initiatives, including team design, change management, transitions and leadership enablement
+ Advise managers on employee relations topics, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
+ Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, using surveys, listening tools, and feedback data to guide interventions
+ Use HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions to improve retention, productivity, and team effectiveness
+ Maintain strong working knowledge of labour law and ensure compliance across people practices
**What You’ll Need:**
**Experience & Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years’ experience in HR, including at least 4 years in a HR business partnering role
+ Proven ability to support senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
+ Strong working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. performance, engagement, comp reviews, development)
+ Strong experience with employee relations, coaching managers, and handling sensitive people topics
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of Polish labour law; experience with international / matrix environments is a plus
+ Fluent English & Polish
