We are currently seeking a People BP & Transformation Trainee who will report to the Senior HR Business Partner of HEINEKEN Italia in Milan.

The People BP & Transformation Trainee will support the People Partner in:

Change Management Activities supporting Partesa Transformation Project and new ways of working: org design; capability assessment & upskilling plans; Transformational Leadership initiatives; surveys. Implementation of all people management related processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review, Budgeting, Employee Relations Recruitment of junior profiles: from the phone interviews to assessment centers and interviews Support in onboarding process of new starters, from administrative tasks (eg utilities, devices) to induction plans Drafting and checking documentation Monitoring of special projects HR related

Master's Degree in Humanities/Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management Fluent written and spoken English– upper intermediate as minimum level (B2) Full MS Office working proficiency Problem-solving skills and E2E attitude Proactive nature and Teamworking attitude Analytical skills Continuous improvement mindset Effective communication skills Curiosity, think out-the-box and data driven mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attitude to change & transformation
