**About the Role:**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Support Specialist to join our People Shared Services Center. As a Tier 1 support agent, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders seeking assistance with People-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional service, and is passionate about supporting employee experiences.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Respond to People-related inquiries via phone, email, or case management tools with empathy and professionalism.
+ Provide accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
+ Assist in resolving employee concerns, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 or subject matter experts as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management system.
+ Update and manage employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
+ Support key HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data changes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional People teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
+ Demonstrate and promote CBRE RISE values in all interactions.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally in an HR or shared services environment.
**Skills:**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ High level of empathy, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
+ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
