You will build effective relationships with stakeholders and managers as a trusted advisor to support the delivery of People and Culture strategy across the Asia region. Providing dedicated support to the People and Culture Business Partners, you will help manage day-to-day operations, as well as support the execution of employee engagement and talent strategies to drive an engagement and inclusive culture. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Strong interest and enthusiasm for a career in People and Culture with abasic understanding of HR principles and practices in Asia Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable working with data, including data analysis and reporting Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders Proactive, resilient and responsible team player with a growth mindset Experience in event management is an advantage.
