As People Analytics Manager for the M+A GAS Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are an experienced professional responsible for developing and standardizing regional HR analytics and reporting processes. You will act as a central interface between local entities and the central People Analytics team, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.You will create data and analytics products and derive critical business insights to enable data-driven decision-making. This includes forecasting workforce needs, analyzing trends, harmonizing regional data standards, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

ABOUT THE JOB

Lead People Reporting & Analytics activities across the GAS region.Extract and prepare data from systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BW.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure project success and performance.Prepare, create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or PythonAutomate standard reporting processes into scalable analytics solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.Interpret and communicate insights clearly through reports and visualizations.Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Project Management, or HR ControllingPassion for data-driven HR work and strong customer orientationStrong analytical skills and storytelling abilityExperience with Tableau, Excel, and PythonKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BWDetail-oriented with excellent communication skillsProject management experience and ability to prioritizeFluent in both German and EnglishIdeally, a university degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
