What you'll do:
In this role, your storytelling skills will help shape how leaders see and act on people data. You will:
• Build and manage a people analytics infrastructure that provides timely, trusted insights on workforce trends, talent risks, and organizational health.
• Deliver narratives through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling that make data accessible, relevant, and actionable for leaders.
• Equip HR and business leaders with insight-driven tools for strategic reviews and key decision moments.
• Support workforce planning by uncovering patterns, forecasting future needs, and communicating what they mean — and why they matter.
• Safeguard data quality with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and integrity to ensure every story starts from a solid foundation.
• Drive operational clarity through repeatable analytics, automation, and AI-supported solutions that tell the right story at the right time.
What you’ll bring:
You’re more than a data analyst — you’re a translator between insight and action. You likely have:
• Experience in people analytics or HR insights – with a track record of shaping decisions through compelling data narratives.
• Advanced storytelling skills – turning numbers into insights, and insights into decisions, using clear language and engaging visuals.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP People Analytics, or similar – not just for reporting, but for building story-driven dashboards.
• Experience supporting workforce planning – including forecasting and modeling with a focus on how to communicate scenarios and trade-offs.
• A sharp eye for data quality – understanding that the best stories rely on integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with automation and scalable analytics – to create repeatable, always-on insight delivery.
• A collaborative, consulting mindset – someone who can influence, advise, and adapt to different audiences.
• Curiosity and creativity – always seeking new angles, new questions, and new ways to make people data matter.
