Job Summary: HR Analytics Specialist responsible for analyzing HR data, utilizing analytics tools, and creating data visualizations to support HR decision-making.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in analytics or HR Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PeopleSoft or Visier Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)

Responsibilities:

Analyze HR data to support decision-making processes Utilize analytics tools and software to create data visualizations Develop and maintain reports using Excel and PowerPoint Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and solve analytical problems Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
