People Analyst - Inclusive Recruitment
The Analyst – Inclusive Recruitment will support the Global Head of Inclusive Recruitment by providing data-driven insights, optimizing recruitment processes, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This role is essential in advancing inclusive hiring strategies and ensuring consistent application of best practices across regions. Our office is situated in Cracow, and we embrace a hybrid working model (50/50). What the day will look like: + Analyze recruitment data from platforms such as iCIMS (ATS) and Inclusive Recruitment iForm to track metrics including gender representation, diverse slate compliance, and interview panel composition. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to surface insights and inform strategic interventions. + Audit job adverts for inclusive language and monitor adherence to inclusive hiring practices. + Support compliance monitoring and recommend corrective actions where gaps are identified. + Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify best practices and emerging trends in inclusive hiring. + Analyze funnel data to identify drop-off points for underrepresented groups and support strategic interventions. + Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Operations, BRGs, and regional leads to capture inputs and share updates. + Prepare briefing materials, presentations and talking points for leadership engagements. + Manage and curate tools and resources including strategy documents, training content, and workshop materials. + Think about – sourcing, pipelining, LI, elevation, advocacy programs, critical roles, not just a data person. Skills and experience that will lead to success: + Fluent English required – this role involves daily communication in English, both written and spoken, with international partners. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools. + Knowledge of PowerBI would be a great asset. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated dedication to inclusion. + Experience with applicant tracking systems will be an asset. + Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and tools (e.g., Textio). + Experience working in a global or cross-regional environment.
