About the Role

Comp Specialist Admin function and ensure full statutory, audit compliance
 Support the processing of compensation admin in WD meeting the Payroll cutoff
 Support in ESPP from enrolment, advice for salary deductions to JE for posting
 Ensure loan admin and BSR are in order to meet the compliance requirements

Support in HR reporting and analytics function with strong payroll and HR services background
 Support the periodical reporting in meeting the regulators’ needs

People Advisory and Simple Inquiries Handling
 Handle general inquiries raised and logged through case management. These inquiries typically require investigation and follow up actions such as:
o Payroll and taxes
o policy clarification for exceptions and special circumstances, e.g.: leave of absence
o employee unable to find relevant policy
 Provide advice/guidance to general employees on standard policy matters, as necessary
 On/off boarding of general employees including New Joiners Day-1 onboarding
 Handle enquires from ex-employees
 Escalate exception case to either HRBP or HR functional specialist for complex employee relation matters

Enhance Knowledge Articles
 Review article feedback from employee to fine tune knowledge articles
 Update knowledge articles, as needed

Handle and resolve exceptions generated by automation tool, e.g.: RPA
 Liaise with Global CoE to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified from automation exception report

Perform employee record updates and audit checks
 Apply time-off/leave of absence for employees (exception cases only)
 Sample document checks on employee uploaded certifications, documents etc.

Operational improvement & WD enhancements
 Identify process/operations improvement opportunity based on day-to-day tasks management as well as feedback from employees
 Liaise with Global CoE on WD enhancements by providing feedback and complete testing for local rollout and users readiness intervention for local users
 Identify gap in data quality and implement approach to address the gap by working with other CoE

Be responsible for providing timely and accurately as Comp Specialist Admin support and HR reporting & analytics support to meet the compensations and payments for employees.

This role is responsible for providing support to people advisory in handling simple / repetitive people administration cases for small divisions that require analysis / investigation via case management.

In addition, the incumbent will be involved in enhancing HR automation capabilities responsible for driving HR operational excellence leveraging on technology such as robotics and AI, complying to relevant HR SOPs and processes.
